To confirm any tour package, a minimum of 50% of the total amount must be paid in advance. The remaining balance should be cleared upon arrival in Srinagar or as specified in the booking voucher.
All guests are required to carry a valid Government-issued Photo ID (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport). For foreign nationals, a valid Passport and Visa are mandatory. Note: PAN Cards are typically not accepted as ID proof for hotel check-ins.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in good health. Some areas in Kashmir and Ladakh are at high altitudes; please consult your doctor if you have respiratory or heart conditions.
We respect local culture and expect our guests to do the same. Any illegal activities, including use of narcotics, are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the tour without refund.
Kashmir Gateways is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary caused by natural disasters, roadblocks, flight delays, strikes, or political unrest. Any additional costs incurred during such situations will be borne by the traveler.
